Capri Boat and Land Tour

1 / 5

Overview

Capri is at its most spectacular from the water, and this tour lets you enjoy it both by sea and on foot. The day starts in Naples or Sorrento, where you meet your guide and board the fast ferry; soon after landing you step onto a traditional gozzo boat for your private sailing trip.

Along the shoreline the views are simply breathtaking. The boat pauses at the White Grotto and the Green Grotto and, weather permitting, at the Blue Grotto too. You also get a rare close-up of the Faraglioni rocks and countless other natural marvels of the coast, with time to cool off with a swim.

Once back at the Marina Grande pier, the funicular railway lifts you to the island’s main square. Known worldwide as La Piazzetta, it is the hub of island social life, ringed by popular shops. Nearby, a brief walk leads to the Gardens of Augustus, a quiet, leafy spot to pause before the journey back to Naples or Sorrento. Would you rather spend more of the day on land? Choose our private tour of Capri, Anacapri and the Blue Grotto, or join the small-group day on Capri with shuttle transfers.
